Thanks. I have 2 different 100U syringes. One was issued with theIf you have 0.3mL u100 syringes, every 10 units is equal to 0.1mL so .25mL should be 25 units. I’ve never used insulin syringes to give anything but insulin, so please don’t take my word for it and verify with someone who has done, but that should be how the math works out.

Question on B12 injections-I only have U100 insulin syringes. Didn't even think to order or ask about mL syringes. Can I use them? If so, what would be the dosage on the insulin syringes for 0.25 no?
