Yesterday

well I tested extra today to confirm a +6 nadir and figured we’d just have a nice boring day and then went and got a low +2 tonight. So I guess we’ll be testing testing test. Just got a 50 and fed MC, he doesn’t ever get canned food so went crazy for it. He’s going to be pretty happy if he gets canned food every 20min tonight.

Well the 911 feels a little dramatic but we’re down to 36, fed high carb and retesting in 15

I have to go out but I would rub some honey or karo on gums as well. post BG and repeat hc and honey if BG is not over 50

If he doesn't come up with HC, use honey/karo. It's early in the cycle.

41 now coming up with food, I’m going to keep testing. He doesn’t seem to have any symptoms and was happily sleeping in bed before the canned food came out.

What is your HC%? It hasn't really made much of a dent. 36 to 41 is kinda flat with meter variance.

ETA: food takes 20 mins to reflect in the numbers.

It’s 20% he got his first spoon an hour ago so we should be seeing effects. I’ll keep testing and feeding and add some honey if he doesn’t come up with the next test

45 now so gave more food and will keep testing, I guess it’s going to be a long night
