WCR: Weight = 11.09 lbs. Dose reduction to 2.50u PMPS.

WBR: Woke up this morning with a sore throat. Took Zicam @ 5:15, and took 2 Ibuprofen for the slight irritation pain. I feel like (insert your own word here).

MY WISH: For God to help heal the broken hearts of those who lost a beloved pet and/or human... For God to help those ailing make a full and speedy recovery... For everyone to have great #s... For everyone to be OTJ.​

Hi Angela - Rats on the sore throat. Maybe it's just allergies with the pollen? Do you have such a thing in Texas? All the trees are blooming now and the cars are green, sinuses are filled and the headaches abound. I hate this part of spring. This particular type of tree has a nasty odor, known fondly as the Semen Tree. Seriously. Google it. Beautiful white flowers but horrid smell.

Nice start for Blackie this morning! Sending feel better vines, and I bet you feel like s.......!!! Zicam has always helped with shortening the cold for me.

Take care Angela! A sore throat can be the start of a cold. Do take lots of rest, vitC & cups of water throughout the day.
