04/17/2022 Princess. No longer Need Help +5 @ 6.2, +6 @ 4.1., +6 (15 mins @5.0)

Princess has had a huge drop from PMPS @ 17.3 to +5 @ 6.2. +6 @ 4.1. Tested @ +6. On Friday, I took Princess to the emergency as she was constipated, not eating and missed a dose of insulin. Now that she is on antibiotics for the UTI (Clavaseptin) and the constipation (PEG powder) has been addressed, her numbers are coming down but I am worried that it's too fast.That 6.2 caught me by surprise +5, +6 @ 4.1. Tested +6, 15 mins now @ 5.0. I'm just not use to seeing such low numbers, I panick.

Did you give her a snack of low carb food with the drops? Looks like she may be on the way back up again. I would test again @+7 to check she is going back up.
She might bounce with those drops but she will eventually settle down again. Looks like the antibiotics are doing the trick.

I feed Princess low carb before I go to bed @ +5. These are the tests @ +6, 4.1, 5.0, 4.8. @ +7, 4.9. She is rising albeit slowly. I have to get use to those low numbers. Thanks for your response.
