He's higher today (200-300s) thank you for asking.
I feel like this half a dose couple nights ago totally messed up our progress.

Well you saw some green yesterday and that’s a good sign. He is making progress! It’s just sometimes hard to see it from where you are (so close to the situation.). You are doing an admirable job of monitoring and taking care of him.

How many days before we start considering a dose increase?

A BCS resets the cycle count. Since you are seeing greens, you would hold the dose 10 cycles after the BCS before considering an increase - unless he earns a reduction before then.
