I took your advice last time and have gone up in 6 cycles so today weve finally seen a green.just out of no where. theres no pattern. I cant see us ever being regulated but im coping.lol I almost expect it now. il stick with this dose now for a while that's until no doubt he'll throw me a below 68.ha! its crazy!

I never thought itd be this difficult but I should know my bailey by now. he doesn't do anything by halves.
hes well though and playful so im happy. long may that continue.

thanks for all your advice. Julie thanks for your last post on my last thread that was really informative and new to me. so I learned yet something else!

When everyone was talking about TR protocol and SLGS protocol, I realized that Mikey preferred the NR protocol. That's No Regulation. Sounds like our guys are two of a kind.

You wouldn't want Bailey to make this too easy on you, now would you Anna???

What's the fun in that?

Very nice to see that spot of green in there today! woot!

I'm glad that was all helpful. I didn't understand the part about a failed reduction for a long time. It seemed like you saw one test below 50 and people all said to reduce the dose. Now I understand that you might want to hold the dose and NOT take the reduction, just to help the rest of the cycle flatten out. For many cats that seems to be what it takes to get the BGs to flatten out - longer at a higher dose.

that's great to know and a handy tip. my boys always been anything but the norm in EVERY way. so i go by the rules expect the unexpected.
mary I with you on following NR protocol sounds like its working for both of us.hahaha
