Yesterday
I had a little bit of a late start this morning, as I realized the syringe I was practicing the R dose on yesterday was one of my old syringes from back in the day when you could get them with 1/2 inch needles.
I think he got about 2 drops and the plunger was pretty close to touching the zero line.

Last night, after feeding the cats, I went outside to sit in the nice weather for a while, and then came back in and heated up my leftover dinner, ate, and then fell asleep on the couch. I woke up at midnight to a silent alarm set for 9:00pm on my cell phone. When I turned on the kitchen light, I saw my now cooled dinner on the stove with the lid half way off. When I took the lid off, it looked like someone? may have eaten part of the food that was exposed. Most likely Jackson. I woke to my alarm at 4:30am (yay!) and the cats were running and chasing each other fast around the house, having fun. When I turned on the light to get the insulin ready, I saw what looked like explosive diarrhea on the small rug I have in front of the litter box. Jackson?

Anyway, I set my alarm this morning for every hour for 4 hours, and won't need it anyway, because I am on my 3rd cup of coffee.

I ordered this plug in alarm clock that will arrive tomorrow. It has a custom snooze that you can set for 1 to 59 minutes, so that should be cool. Lol

He has used up all the Lantus that was given to me by a friend. This last pen he started the morning of 03/29, so it didn't even last 2 weeks.
I will begin using the new fresh box I just bought tonight at PMPS.

I fed the kitties their 3rd breakfast at +5.
There is so much playing going on today. He never played with Ginger much because Ginger didn't want to play with him. It is so nice to see him getting exercise playing with his sister Sabrina.
This morning after running around like a wild man, I saw him scratching on one of the scratching posts that Sabrina uses, jump onto the ottoman (where Sabrina is fed) with all four feet in the air at once like a bunny, and make a huge flying leap through the air like Sabrina does.
Right now he is playing with a toy and wrestling with Sabrina and chasing each other.
I need to get their claws clipped, it's been a while, and there's a lot of action going on.

Sounds like a great Jackson report. Love it when they feel good and frisky.

Doesn't look like the 0.1 unit dose of R did much for Jackson today. You want the R dose to not take them down more than 100 points over the 4 hours, and it didn't do that. Next experiment you can try 0.25 units and see how it does.

As long as the new vial doesn't make a big difference tonight, you can probably increase the L tomorrow. Though that would mean no R experiment that cycle.
