Well looks like it's another bounce day.

Do I just keep him on this dose, have a green day, bounce back for a couple of days and then back to green... and eventually we'll start seeing more green and less bounce?
 
If you have the ability to monitor closely, I'd be tempted with an increase. You do have a little bit of room between his current nadirs and the reduction point. And hopefully an increase would reduce some of those higher numbers too.
 
I do have the ability to monitor. I have a Libre on him which isn’t great with high numbers but was getting pretty close to the same at the lower numbers last night making me think it will at least alert with a low. But I don’t trust it so poke as well.
I’ll be home all day tomorrow to monitor. So maybe up 0.25 with tonight’s dose?
 
Your choice when you want to increase. Some cats show a response the first cycle, some don't.
