Working from home and getting more numbers today. In high 200s during nadir so considering a dose increase tomorrow morning (rather do these increases in the am because PM numbers are always lower).

Yes, I think it would be a good idea to increase tomorrow morning or even tonight. Could have increased this morning as well. TR allows for increases every 3 days/6 cycles till you start seeing numbers below 200.
