Thank you! At first I had to lure him on it with a tiny trail of low carb treats. Then I had to show him how to walk on it using my hands. I tried not to rush it, because the more important it was to me, the less he would care. He gets on it by himself now, even when we are out of the room. We'll hear the wheel rumble and then the singing. Music to our ears!

Thats fantastic! Ive considered getting one of these but they are so big. Im not sure I have the room. Are they pretty sturdy?

It's pretty big. LOL. Halfway through assembling it I felt pretty stupid for buying it. How many times have I bought them something cool that they don't give two hoots about; they just played in the box? Honestly, I'm shocked they go anywhere near it. It's sturdy, but it rumbles more than I thought they would tolerate. We put it on rubber bumper feet, and that helps. Carpet would muffle the noise way better.

For at least a week, we had it locked so that they got used to using it as a scratching post. So it didn't move at all when they got on it. That let them trust it, I think.

There are many sizes. I got an XL but a large would have been fine, I think.
