Good evening!

I feel so backwards, posting a thread at the end of the day instead of the beginning. I've just been getting so burnt out, it's like treading water to stay afloat over here, lol.
Update on the pancreatitis: gave her hopefully the last Ondansetron pill tonight and then going to leave her on her own to see what happens. Today the vet and I discussed the meds and she confirmed both that pill and the Mirtazapine can be given as needed any time I see signs of something amiss, and that if I take her off and she declines again, to just start them back up.
We also discussed the peeing-outside-of-the-box episodes and the vet said that could potentially indicate a UTI, which diabetics are more susceptible to because of the higher glucose. But since Baby G hasn't had an accident in a couple days, we are going to wait to see if she does it again and if so, start her on antibiotics with the assumption that that is what it is.
This is also cycle 11 on the 2.5 and I'm pretty sure she will be due for an increase.
And now time for me to hit the hay! :) Hope everyone had a great day today.

Well she peed again this morning and she had diarrhea last night. Vet is off today (of course) but I think she needs to be seen tomorrow. I've tried to put off the stress of a visit for her but when I think shes getting better, she has problems again. Maybe have them check her over, do bloodwork, a urinalysis, etc. Make the most of the visit. :arghh:

We have an appointment tomorrow morning. I told them I want everything done...exam, bloodwork, and urinalysis. Make the most of the visit. I feel bad to put her through the stress but this has gone on long enough and I feel like I've done all I can at home. :( have to make sure she's ok.

You're doing the right thing.

I think you should update the post to today's date though.
