J.D. ate fine this morning.
The last day of Baytril was last night. I guess I will give him probiotics for a couple more days.

I did not talk to my Sister yesterday, but my Dad called me while I was at the H.O.A. meeting and was acting all happy when I had to tell him I was in a meeting and would call him back. When I got home and called him, he basically said what I already knew that Kathy was not up and about yet but talking. He got to talk to her, and I guess that was a big relief to him.

This week has been so long.

I'm glad J.D. is done with the AB. Probiotics for a couple more days is probably a good idea. I'm glad your dad got to talk to your sister. Sending prayers for your sister. :YMHUG: :YMHUG:

His first reading upon getting home from work was 23 :shock: (not enough blood), the second was 295, I just had to test a third time and it was 285. Poor J.D. ear.


We just got back from a walk in the cold wind. J.D. ate some food when we got home, although not as much as I would have liked.

But, I just got up and checked on him and he's in the bathroom giving himself a face bath :) Usually that means he enjoyed his food :cool:

I just talked to my sister and she sounded a little more like herself and she laughed more than a few times. I said she sounded better and asked her if she got a shower and she said yes and laughed, so her spirits are a little better.
She said her red blood cells went down again. They are supposed to be 2500 she said, and she was at 4 on Saturday and on Sunday she was at 28. This morning she went down to 2, so they are doubling her treatments. If you have any prayers to spare, please keep my sister in your thoughts, because she could use some.
I got my blood tests results back from Monday and all is pretty good. The doctor wants me to try to take my cholestrol medication every day (she capitalized that) instead of when I remember to take it :roll:

Really J.D.

I just got home from my elderly neighbor's house, as she was not home the last time I went to visit.
It's not like J.D. had anything higher carb tonight. He's just being him.
