No I didn’t retest. Didn’t even think about retesting when high.

Tested again @+8 and she was 277 so strip was likely good.

When Hannah was a puppy I saw a tail wagging on the kitchen table. She had scarfed down a plate of muffins.
I have a thing for liquorice and we sometimes had an open bowl of Goodies on the coffee table. That incident meant renting a Rug Doctor, boxes of shop rags, the definition of a gag reflex. Bad doggy!

With more than one 'incident' happening on occasion, I just went out and bought a carpet cleaner... lol

"Wow I wish I had a smart dog". Yah, maybe not that smart. After Pit Bulls they're next on the list of dogs returned to breeders or end up in shelters going bonkers.
