I'm thinking that PMPS's not too bad all things considered. It also seems that he's cottoned on to the shots making him feel better because he was yelling at me to hurry up when I was getting his shot ready as I came through the door. He's drinking a lot but full of purrs and happy to have MumBean back. He pulled the fall asleep in the bag caper before I left but I was onto him and he went to sleep in the decoy...

It's been a very long day, I nearly missed both of my flights (taxi problems on the way out and traffic problems on the way back), had I needed to check in luggage I would have been a goner. Nearly missed out on a spot in the church too, the turn out of around 700 just overwhelmed the church. They had us crammed in everywhere. I did end up with a spot on the floor when I could see everything but not everyone could fit in. His girls both spoke and he would have been so proud of them they did such a wonderful job.

Very tired tonight but my lovely boss has agreed I can have another annual leave day tomorrow so I'll catch up on all the FDMB goings on then.
 
That's not too bad of a PS at all, considering. He'll be back down soon. Good job, Vyktor! I do think they "get" that the shots make them feel better after a while. They're smart little creatures.
Glad you get another day off. That's a lot to go through in one day. Time to relax a bit!
 
Serryn, glad you made it to the funeral and back home okay. You must be so tired both physically and emotionally. Rest today and take care. Not bad for a missed shot, and he will be back on track soon.
 
I'm glad you can take another day off work, you must be completely wiped out. Wow, Rob's daughters spoke at the funeral, he would be very proud. No worries, Vyktor will be right back on track.

I thought about you all day yesterday. I didn't like to text you coz I believed it was a very private time. I thought about offering to collect or take you to the airport but once again I was reluctant to intrude. Hearing of your difficulties with taxis made me sorry that I didn't let you know that I was happy to help in any way. So glad that Vyktor is ok. I knew he would be - what about Megs? Next week I have to leave LB for a month. So dreading it. :sad:
 
Happy to have you back home, Serryn. I'm sure you're not only tired but you have a lot to process over the next few days. Vyktor's numbers will come down in no time now that you're home -- no worries. Enjoy your cuddles with him. :YMHUG:
 
I'm glad your travels went as well as can be expected. I'm sure Vyktor, Meg, and Mousie are glad you're back, too! Not a bad PMPS at all! I hope you're able to rest up with your extra day off...you've had a lot to deal with lately :YMHUG: ...
 
Hi Serryn, We are so glad to see that you are home safely and that Vyktor's number isn't too high. He'll be back down very soon. He's a smart kitty alright, to know that it's the shots that are making him feel better. I'm glad that you went to Rob's memorial service. It was important to be there. Get some good rest now and tomorrow will be a whole new day to get back in the groove.

p.s. Thanks for visiting Rusty's condo. His eating schedule is pretty well established and I do tweak it from time to time.
 
Its good to hear you went and made it back safely to Vyktor, what a very sad day it must have been. Hopefully you can unwind and have a nice relaxing day off tomorrow with Vyktor. How is his mouth doing after his dental?
