Yes please. This could be the high before the drop. We'll know by +2 or even +3.

You don't need to test till +2 or even +3. Just feed every hour.
 
That’s ok... you’re right I was going to post +3. Sorry.... yes I did feed LC.

And it’s testing time now. At +3 she is 142

Sounds good... she just polished off the LC meal :)

Looks like she heading downward but not dropping drastically...which is nice for me and I am sure it must be easier on her.
I have been reluctant to ask but what are you thinking about the dosage increase? You had mentioned it the other day. You know best for sure but I will tell you my concerns. The other day she dropped quite fast and slowed at 58. If we hadn't of intervened with MC she would have very likely dropped past 50. So seeing we have to manipulate her BG with food so much is a dosage increase warranted?

Yes, that's the idea behind feeding every hour to prevent a dive. :-)

I have been wondering about this myself and only that 58 a couple of days back gives me pause. Let us see how she does today and take a call about an increase tomorrow morning.

MISSY'S PMPS is 130....
Ok, so I know this is REALLY GOOD.... but I will be honest. I am nervous :nailbiting:. I've never shot this low before. Will she be ok?
My plan is to follow what Bhooma and I did last night... one spoon of MC mixed with her LC food for PS meal.
What do you think? I will get a +1.

I did shoot but I was approx 8-9 minutes late (7:09pm PST). I just wanted to mention this because I was just reading the Sticky about shooting low preshot numbers and I read about the depot being used as I stall. I wasn't really stalling on purpose more just for direction.

Hope that 8-9 minutes won't make a big difference.

It won’t matter at all. Stalling doesn’t really affect anything into you are getting into stalling more than an hour. Even at that, the effect is often not seen until the end of the cycle.

I will see if she will eat a little LC...I'm getting the impression she is getting full. She already had several small meals during the AM cycle. :)
