Oh I forgotten ... I hope she did get her cast off today ! Rah I was so busy I forgot to put them in off of the meter today onto the spread sheet . He’s coming back down but goes back up at night . We will get back on track soon I hope anyways ! I join my sugr . So far it’s great . I haven’t received the bundle as of yet but i went headed and bought a meter kit just to test it before purchasing the bundle and customer service has been there Everytime . In a lot of ways they are set up a lot like one drop
But I have had no troubles with them helping . Except I did the same thing at one drop . Lol silly ,. While testing the app out I had used two emails . Silly me I should have known better . It creates an account everytime you use another email . But it straighten out already . No worries they got it fixed right away . It’s so detailed . Some might not like the app it is like a child’s app with the little monsters as their theme but I think it’s cute . I named my monster Zoey ! She’s my little partner in fighting diabetes challenges . I can not believe how much is covered towards helping the customer so they dnt have to wait on customer service . It’s got lots of answers to your questions on line already in a manual for support related questions . The even count error strips . You can put in your ketones information . Your notes , you can export the data to a pdf file and excel file or just export the data with a cable connected to the meter . They give you 250 strips to begin with you can see how many strips you have used and you dnt have to order your strips their system orders them for you . You get what you use if you use a lot you get a lot if you use less one month you get less in return . I dnt have to worry abt placing my strip orders . It syncs on its own . If test it goes straight to the app I hear it after I test the little monster giggles when a test result comes in . She’s suppose to be like helping you fight diabetes . It’s got lots of challenges towards earning points . It’s no trouble connecting the meter . The only time it doesn’t connect is when I reinstalled the app . Had I thought something wasn’t working correctly it stays connected . I think it will be s great thing . One drop definitely has competition . It shows a graph while your test results go in on the screen . So I can see his pattern . You can add your own things into the app that you want to record too ... I like it .. sad abt one drop ... it could have been a wonderful thing . One bad apple messed it up for me . I tried my best to work it out ..
