Based on only his AM cycle, it looks like he needs more juice. His nadirs are over 80. I'm wondering if he could be dropping lower at night.

I think an increase is needed as well. You could try fattening the dose or go for the full .25.

Remember you need a second test every cycle for TR. If you can’t get that I would not increase. Safety first.
