Well, today has been a rollercoaster of emotions.

AMPS test was a disaster. First poke, not enough blood and wasted strip. Second poke, not enough blood. Third poke...blood geyser.

But after that...whatever the black thing was on Ethan's upper lip, it decided to spontaneously clear up this morning . Ethan would like to show everyone his shiny new lip:

Tried for a +3 got a small poke but no blood. Ethan quickly lost interest in the treats on offer and started bathing, so I didn't push it. Will try again later in the cycle.

I’ve gone through so many test strips due to not enough blood..those darn errors! I’m surprised Walmart isn’t sold out! @Erin Ethan

I agree with this statement! Lol I think all of us in the beginning. Dh is feeling this same frustration as he is just starting to test

Well I just tried and put blood on strip and strip wasn’t pushed into Glucometer…oops! Error! @Erin Ethan
