We haven't really made dramatic progress with the 0.1 dose so I decided to increase to 0.25 today. Unfortunately he ended up running higher today. Hopefully it's just the new dose wonkiness? But does that even happen at this low a dose? Fingers crossed for better numbers tonight!

Hi Marje! From the previous thread.. wondering why you wouldn't do the +6 snack?
The cons for me are waking up to give food twice at night, and also with his weight concern. But it does bring down the +9 number. Do you have any other concerns about the +6 snack?

I believe NDW can happen with any dose increase. I hope the new dose helps flatten Buddy out.

No, there’s no NDW after his dose increase. Buddy’s body can’t tell the difference between the 90s and the 70s. With NDW, you’d see the BG appreciably increase (e.g. into the mid 100s likely).
