I woke up to throw up. Someone's whole meal. But I don't know which cat did it. J.D. is still acting kind of blah and Ginger was hiding? out in a cat carrier. I decided to feed first, before shooting and neither of my cats really wanted the food. I sprinkled with topping and they ate. We could use some feel better vines, in this condo, today.

Good morning,Dyana!
Send You tons of 'feel better' vines for both kitties.
You have nice and Blessed day!

Re: 02/09 J.D. AMPS 309

Thanks, Bo.
It's good to see you. I hope Jake is eating better and feeling better, today.

I opened a can of 5% Chunky Turkey, for 2nd Breffis and neither cat got up from their beds, so I took the bowls to them and they ate almost all. J.D. gave himself a little bath afterwards, and there were two poos from J.D.? in (well one in and one out of) the litterboxes this morning.

Both kitties just curled up together in the big doggy bed. I'm off to tbp.. Hoping all is well, when I get home.

Sending some feel better vines to both J.D. and Ginger. It sounds like they're perking up a bit with the bath and breakfast in bed.

Re: 02/09 J.D. AMPS 309

Feel better vines coming your way for JD and Ginger, just to be safe. Hope it was just an isolated incident. Ginger was hiding in a cat carrier? That is amazing because both of my kitties run and hide the minute it makes an appearance. Have a wonderful day Dyana!

Hi guys .. poor gang .. I hope they both are feeling much better by the time you get home .. and hopefully, no more pukus .. have a great day!

J.D. is feeling much better, tonight. I was worried.
He was acting kind of weak, and kept drinking constantly from his water fountain, and just not being himself. I was worried about these freeze dried chicken livers I just got such a good deal on from Foster and Smith. I called my vet yesterday, and we kind of agreed the drinking was just his bg. Today, I called my vet again, and asked if it was okay if we got more bloodwork done, even though his bloodwork was perfect at the end of November. Today, he said okay, and he manuvered a way so that I can have an appointment this Saturday. Tonight, I have not seen J.D. drink from his new fountain at all. He greeted me at the door, and we went for a walk, and both kitties ate all their food, and I do not spy any throw up, anywhere. Those treats are going to be shipped back. Made in China, just scares me, and it's not worth it.
I'm just glad J.D. is feeling like himself again. Thank God.

Thanks Celi, and thanks to all who sent us vines, today ;-)

Now, if I could just get his sugar down.

I think you are right to be wary of food made in China the standards are just non-existent. I know they're trying to improve things over there now but the food is just not to be trusted. I haven't bought any food products out of China for the last couple of decades.

Glad the kitties are feeling better and hope J.D. heads down tonight that is an ouch number!

OH, so sorry to hear J.D. and Ginger had a bad night. Happy to see they are feeling a bit better. But J.D., please come down here with the rest of us. Daphne needs a surfing buddy!

Hi Dyana,
Sorry to hear that J.D. and Ginger were not "themselves" today, but very glad that they are OK this evening. I'll bet it was the food from China. I read somewhere that pet foods from China were dangerous. I look closely at the labels on "treats" now. Some of the freeze-dried "chicken" they sell at PetSmart is from China (it is much less expensive than the USA freeze-dried, and that should set off our alarms).
Anyway, come on back down, J.D.! Red is not your color.

Have a good evening,

Ella & Rusty

Hi,Dyana!
Glad that kitties feel better tonight! I'm very sceptic about food from China- always read a label.(hey, they don't have enough food for themself - population)
You can relax and have a nice ni-ni!

Food/treats from China makes me nervous too. Just not enough regulatory oversight going on - especially with pet products! Better safe than sorry. I hope J.D. comes down from there soon!
