Higher PS than he has been lately. Maybe bounce from lower last night or can there be a delayed bounce from the 7th? or do bounces usually happen sooner.

Yes, bounces can be delayed and not necessarily in the cycle after the low number occurred. Looks like 2 back-to-back cycles of green were too much for his liver!
