I normally do +2 or +1 or +1.5 when ps is low but was working late tonight. We will see what happens!

no no I know this is within his best interests but sometimes it does not fit well in the schedule - doing my best - I just feel bad all the time because of his teeth and need to syringe him supplements that he hates and etc. I am wondering if he enjoys his life. I hope so despite all the manipulation.

Funny that another specialized clinic in another city thought the 4,300$ estimate was crazy.

extraction of 12 teeth, anesthesia, meds, monitoring, etc. She said he would be under anesthesia for 2 hours or so.
Anyway, I will go see the cardiologist and take it from there. It is difficult to trust her after her invitation to euthanize him if I do not move forward with the dental...without providing any advice re: how to alleviate pain. His mouth is not the greatest but there are limits!

yeah. Ive increased the dose as he was very high. I did a +2.
