Hello... It's been awhile since I needed to post. Mouse's PMPS for tonight was 135 I fed her and I gave her a snack at +1 and went and laid down to take a nap because I was exhausted today... I believe I got up at +2 and gave another snack but didn't test and set my alarms for +3 but I didn't hear the alarm so I didn't wake back up till around +5 and tested her and she was at 47 so I fed her 1tsp MC, tested 20min later and she was at 62 and I fed 1tsp mc again(I'm guessing I probably could have just given LC instead but wasn't positive) tested 20 min later and she was at 64 so I gave her 1tsp LC, tested 20 min. later and she was at 98 so I gave no snack and she is at 124. I'm assuming we're good on the hypo now since she's at a safe number after not feeding and we're at nearly +7 but just Incase I gave her no snack and will get a +7 test to be sure. I am wondering if this hypo counts for a dose reduction if it was likely caused by missing a couple of snacks early on in her cycle tonight?

Yes, for cats who have been diagnosed less than a year back, the reduction point is 50 on a human meter. Take the reduction (even though she may not have dropped below 50 without snacks). You can always go back up, if it doesn't hold. :-)

Ok... Thank you very much we'll do .5 units for her am dose.
