01/24 Nestle AMPS 95 PMPS 79

Looking good as always! I was looking through your spreadsheet earlier, amazed at the greens. I am curious though about how you decide to increase or decrease. I’m guessing based on how low of greens you see?

Mostly just based on the advice from the senior members like Bhooma, Wendy, Elise or Angela.
But as you can see Nestle is pretty steady on most doses, so if he's on one long enough and performs sometimes I'll take a reduction just to see if he can keep going.
Of course are senior members are a great source and always happy to advise us so if you need help deciding you can always reach out to them. Hope that helps :cat::cat:

Yep me too. If those folks told me to run a marathon and it would help with Pookey’s FD, I would start training lol.

I was just trying to figure out if I could have made the same decisions you all did in 2023 and 2024. Cycles with tons of green and you still increased, but I think it was based on trends and nadirs being just a touch higher than you wanted at the time.
