Good Morning !
Salems looking really good . He only hit the blues one time yesterday when he went up one hour after his pmps after eating . So that was food influenced . I hope he continues to surf like this for now on . But I know he will have days he will do different . He’s going to have to try to slow down eating so much which we been working on . I’m just glad he’s not show he’s hips anymore and I could feel his spine .
I hope everyone has a good day ! We got a birthday today ! DH s birthday today ! He’s 55 lol . Never thought I would see him this old . Lol we meet in high school , my first year . 1979 . I was 13 years old . I have Been with him since ! Happy birthday Tony !
