My kiddo Max had his big, scary dental today and it went great! He only needed two back molars and two small incisors removed. His back molars were causing all his inflammation. He's a little derpy on buprenex, but has eaten and been getting some good rest. I'm so relieved.

That is such good news! Fingers crossed for a quick recovery.
Has the vet prescribe bupe for a few days for the pain? Any antbiotics needed?

I’m so glad the dental went well! It’s so nerve-wracking- but I can imagine how much more so for a kitty with anesthesia sensitivities. It sounds like he needed it and I’m sure he will feel a lot better!
