Re: 01/12 J.D. AMPS 129, +2.75 192, +6 75, +7 62
The doctor gave me Naproxen which he said was 4 times stronger than Alieve. It must not have pain killer in it because I was screaming so loud all night Thursday, and could barely sleep. Last night I couldn't get comfortable either, and slept little, but the hurt went from raw to dull. So. I guess something's working. I made a sling with a knitted scarf and that seemed to help. The opposite (left) hip is now acting up, and when it gets real bad, I take an Alieve, so I just took one of those, too.
I gave J.D. his Ondansetron and Pepcid last night, and tried to not give it this morning, but I guess that was a bad idea.
J.D. has eaten very little, and just threw up bile  and Ginger's throwing any food she eats, and J.D. just stepped in it, and had to get a foot bath at the kitchen sink. My thinking was if he doesn't need the Pepcid except for once a day (at night), then he wouldn't need it the morning of his dental.
Question: Someone mentioned to me about having the dentist add Pepcid to his IV, so he doesn't miss his Pepcid, because the last thing you want is a vomiting cat. Have you ever heard of this?
