Squallie was very deeply asleep this afternoon so I took the chance to get a really good look in his mouth (for those who don't know, he has FORLS and is too old to have dental work done). Imagine my surprise when I saw that he is now missing his UL fang, the one with the really bad lesion! It must have broken off; we're so lucky it didn't end up with infection! There's nice, healthy gum in the spot where the tooth was. 
I can't help but think that may have something to do with his renewed and better appy, lately. Might be why his bg has come down again, too.

Talk about a blessing in disguise! Well, whatever the reason, I'm glad he's feeling better, Lucy. And those BGs look more like the Squallie we know and love.
