J.D.'s shot was almost a half hour late this morning because I kept calling him and he didn't want to get out of bed.
I also checked the calipers after I shot the dose, because I thought they had gotten jostled a couple times, and it was set for 1.75mm and was supposed to be set for 1.70mm  I still find it strange that other people have such different mm numbers for the different doses. This 1.75mm was even with the zero line on the syringe I was using this morning.
I'm guessing it must have to do with the syringe barrel width or something.
J.D. went right to the sliding glass door this morning when he finally got out of bed, and I fed him first to make sure he was eating and gave him his meds. Both cats ate part of their 1st Breffis of FF Tender Beef, and then went outside.
I followed that up with FF Roasted Turkey and they ate most of their servings of that. I think I might give J.D. some cypro today, just to play it safe.
WBR: Last night I was in such pain I could not sleep, and most the the night the same way, and thought I would be calling in sick today, which I rarely do. But know the injury doesn't feel as raw. It feels like there's some swelling or a natural bandage to protect the injury, and the pain is duller. I wonder if I should take these pain meds with anti-inflamatory. Isn't swelling there for a reason, to protect? I just don't take meds well..
I hope everyone has a great day.
