Diarrhea is back, but everything is still the same. I’m going to have to get a sample, to take to the vet

Morning Adrienne. Good idea getting a sample to the vet. Molly is so cute in her tunnel. I'm always saying prayers for your precious girl and that every day is a good day for her and she starts to do more things that she used to do. I saw the pic of her from yesterday in her box, I'm sure that really made you happy ♥

Oh, she's such a beautiful girl. It is a good idea to take a sample to the vet, just in case anything can be found in there. I'm so sorry the diarrhea is back.

Vet called she has bacteria over growth? And recommended doing the probiotics for 10 days straight. Which I have stopped after 2 days. They didn’t tell me to keep her on it for 10 days

Oh wow. SIBO. With her condition it probably would be good to give her a daily probiotic indefinitely. I hope it helps. I wish I could do something. But I will send love and prayers your way for dear Molly.

Vet called she has bacteria over growth? And recommended doing the probiotics for 10 days straight. Which I have stopped after 2 days. They didn’t tell me to keep her on it for 10 days

Glad you found out what is causing the diarrhea, I really hope doing the ten days of the probiotics helps

Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth is a disorder which causes an abnormal amount of bacteria to accumulate in the small intestine, which can then affect the normal intestinal functions, causing loose stools and weight loss.
I'm learning something new everyday
