When he is that low, I would be reluctant to let him outside . I just recently restored Bubba's outside privileges once he was super regulated on 0.1 dose. Before that I was too afraid that he would go too low and not come home.......or get into some wild catch and mess with his numbers and I wouldn't know whether to reduce again.
 
I'm so used to him being regulated. And he's a pain when he can't go outside. He's been lower and never gone hypo (I know I shouldn't he complacent) and I had fed him up. If it was a work day I'd have had no choice! It's scary but I guess I have become complacent. Anyway, he's now back on his 0.1u dose and will hopefully be regulated again or go back into remission. His food is gradually changing for his CKD, his hyperthyroid is regulated and as long as I can resist the vet making me feed him prescription food for his CKD, he's all good! For now.
 
Oh wow! That's not great. I would have been a mess too.

Gremlin isn't allowed out at night time. He's only allowed out during the day, in between his shots. Less in winter when it's dark more. He comes in and out all day when I'm home. In for food, out again, repeat :rolleyes: Thankfully he always comes back for food!
 
Gremlin and Buster are both going off FF! Good thing with Grem as its no good for his CKD. Big happy that the civvie is wanting the even more expensive food now though :confused: Expensive kitties!
