Well she's decided to take everyone's advice to work the juice... albeit at a terrible time.. I'm working with her to even keep her above the 60 range at this point.... Sooo the evening started out with a low carb snack at +2 and 83.. She laughed at that and dipped right on down to 72 at +3. A medium carb snack this time and she's dipping down to the 60s.. I hate these nights where I don't know what to do at this point.. Yes, I went for the big guns at this point.. shes continuing to drop.. and there's a long window of time. I am going to have to get some sleep before this 12 hour shift.. so my game plan is see how this last feeding does (crossing my fingers for a tip of the scales in the other direction (Now just interrupted by strange vocals and vomiting.. a quick check shows 61..) Thoughts are appreciated. I won't go to bed until she's stable and then I will set alarms.. but any help is appreciated..
