Hope 2024 is going well for everyone.. Status quo here..

Sly is trending higher blues again at preshots, and today he decided he'll stay flat all day. I'm thinking I should bump up to 3.25 Units before any glucose toxicity sets in.

The majority of his nadirs are above 80. If you are around to monitor closely, I think I'd try the increase. He might not need it for long.

Yeah, I thought maybe it was a little stress from me going into the office in the mornings, but i know 3.25 was and has been his sweet spot! It's a win!

In other news, my one rescue who has constipation issues ( and I cannot get in a carrier to the Vet because he's still quite feral) has been going more regularly and softer, with a little help from Miralax and a wet food change, and the wet food change is firming up everyone else's poops nicely.. So 3 wins in a week is a great feeling!
