Hi everyone

I had the morning off so I woke up and tested and shot regularely and Pip was at 292, so I went back to sleep till 10am and then I tested his plus 4 and he's at 65.

I have to leave in less than an hour for school... I gave him a lil bit of MC with his LC snack... and will test before I leave but this is very stressful.

I hope everything is ok

Wow, he pulled a sneaky on you! Quite a drop.
Isn't his nadir usually about +4? So that and the food should keep him good while you're gone.
It's absolutely nerve-wracking though.

Yes, it's been even earlier than 4 recently... but Pip really likes to keep me on my toes.

I do like to see greens though, he just likes to be dramatic about them hahaha

I feel like the last few cycles have been weird...

pretty much a straight line of blues and then a crazy curve today and a yellow evening.

I know every cat is different and will do things their own way, just trying to understand my Pipster.

Have a nice evening everyone and kitties 💕

Looks like he's bouncing already from the greens today. I'm no expert and can't say for sure. But it looks like the dose may have been finally hitting a sweet spot and took him down to the greens. Unfortunately, the bounce though.
Was anything different today from other days? Not eat all of his food?

Weird! I mean, if you look at 1/5, he goes low in the PM cycle, then...bounce (expected) and then downnnnnn...UP...downnnnnn...UP....nosedive! Nothing too low between 1/5 and today, but today was low. Interesting! And puzzling!

No, he ate the same breakfast as usual with apetite :)

I guess he like XTREME surf lol

definitely bouncing from those greens today.

As someone who likes to understand data and make sense of it, I cannot... but I have been told to prepare for this, one day at a time.

He really threw me a curve ball (pun intended) this morning.

Spending a cozy weekend at home so I will do a full curve when he's done bouncing :)

Sometimes, and this is just my speculation (please don't make any decisions based on my musings), it seems that a dose might be too high for a kitty, and the lows, because the dose is too high, drive the bounces. So they keep bouncing up because they have gone too low. IDK. This disease is a mystery to me.

It's a mystery to me as well... he only ever had 1 lime and it was a 49... that I know of at least.

The more data we get the more we understand... I believe in us all :)

Interesting. And makes sense too 🤔
