I'm going in a couple of hours late this morning, so I was able to get an extra test in. I hope this is just a food spike. I felt so bad I needed to go btb for a while. Thanks for asking Liz. I hope I start feeling better soon or this is going to be a long week. My boss really didn't want me to come in late today.

Morning guys sorry that you are still sick, unfortunately it is a lingering sickness! It took me over a week to feel better! :cry: Nice that you got to go in a little later today. Hope the +3 was a food spike and Furball comes down today. Take care of yourself!

I got another test this morning before I left for work. +4.5=182. It was nice to see she reached blue today. I wonder if she is doing that every day. I wish I could test at lunch. Hopefully I'll get over this cold soon and be able to get some night time tests in. Thanks for the feel better wishes everyone.

Hi Carla.....Looks like Furball and Checkers were running neck and neck today. Can you say flat? :-D

Oops, checked your SS and see that she was blue at +4.5......mine was still pink. Good for Furball :-D

I'll bet it was nice to see that blue number! Otherwise Furball would seem to be consistent in flat yellow.
I hope that you'll be feeling well again soon. Apparently this is a bad flu or cold or whatever that's going around. The old adage for the length of the common cold is: "2 weeks or a fortnight". The best way to avoid a cold is to stay away from people with colds :lol: Hard to do when you have to go to work. So do the next best thing: wash your hands a lot and don't put your fingers in your eyes! (sorry that this advice is too late for this particular cold).

Hope you are feeling better--This flu has been all over the country, heavy cold, congested, persistent cough,
and still being spread--I got a flu shot, but DH didnt & had it also...took a week or 2 till he felt 100%..
Hope you are cured soon--Hugs & Love from us!
