@Olive & Paula We have a 3.30 appointment today. The vet wants to check her liver as well as her pancreas enzyme levels. Chanel is not well and it is understandable since she was used to BG in double digits or under 120 and now she is so high. This morning she did not even wake up for the ear prick and insulin shot. She was just lying there.

I suspect she has pancreatitis. I hope they send out the blood test, SpecFPL to the lab as you will get a score. The in house test just gives a positive or negative so if in the gray area won’t help you. Ask about medication for nausea , cerenia and ondansetron are the best and buprenorphine for pain IF your vet thinks it’s pancreatitis. Also it’s a good idea to have the vet give a shot of cerenia and then you can continue with pills at home. This may not be what’s wrong but wanted to get this info to you just in case.
