He was really squirmy last night and had a fur shot. At aroung +3.25, he was 473, so I gave about 0.5 units of R, to temper the high from the food and the Lantus wearing off.

I'm pretty sure he's going to need 2 units ... when he eats and doesn't vomit. I was getting really close before he got sick on me.
Also, with the upcoming revamp of the Sophisticat food line, I may have to do food changes again, d*mn it. If the carbs go up on the Sophisticat or another food is higher carb, he will need more than 2 units.
