Can we say bounce? Off the meter on Libre. Ate a partial breakfast. Trying to arrange day to get into the vet.
Vet at 3:10PM. Vet reexamned Millie's numbers from last time, everything good. She has maintained her weight and gave fluids, just to make her feel better, as she wasn't really dehydrated but tending a little that way.(My words, not hers) She asked me to lower her dosage because of her inappetence and the 69 from 01JAN. I am giving ondansetron and mirataz and trying different foods, including baby food meats (Beech's, nothing but chicken, turkey or beef, with broth) before going full out test mode. I've been using the original vet in this practice for 35 years and she knows my story and my pocketbook. They are never frivolous about ordering tests. She is now totally onboard with the new vet about using the FS Libre and Lantus. Working on diet first, loosening up a little bit on the low carb parameters, to get her to eat. Just finding something she'll eat. As long as she's eating something.
AM+5 First time that BG meter and Libre3 have read the same...226. PMPS Libre lower than BG...hmmm,
