Wow!!! Seems like his little pancreas is waking up and wanting to get back to work!
I can't really tell you whether to shoot or not. I had to get used to shooting those numbers and luckily enough, my girl didn't go too low. If you shoot, have your hypo kit ready and stay up to monitor. Can you get a meter test to confirm? Especially with Libre lows?

Yeah we're only using the Relion now.

I couldn't delay his dinner anymore as he has other meds he needs, so we did shoot that .1u. I'll be keeping a close eye on him this evening for sure.
