Good Bye to our girl Stefy

We had to say goodbye to our sweet little girl Stefy yesterday.

From what I understood from the Vet the cause for this was not diabetes. It was a sudden occurrence of Feline Aortic Thromboembolism (FATE) that led to severe pain and paralysis of hind limbs. The vet said the best we can do for her is to say good bye.

When I joined this forum around 6 months ago I was totally lost on how to handle feline diabetes. I would like to thank everyone who supported and guided us. and because of this forum we were able to control the numbers.

I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my sugar cat Ricky the same way several years ago. Please find comfort in knowing you did everything you could for her.
