It wasn't Leroy. It was civvie :facepalm: She woke up and walked around asking for magic dog :facepalm: Not sure if the other person heard but she probably wouldn't have cared since she's a vet by training.

Tiger Mom has zero empathy or compassion :rolleyes: I updated her with my return to work date and that I would be on restrictions for awhile and would need continued help with the bulk of my work. Her response was just a terse "thank you for letting me know" :rolleyes: Absolutely no concern for my well being.

Your boss is a jerk. I am unfortunately familiar with that sort of thing. Screw her, you know how to take care of yourself.

I'm sure your civvie's pining for magic dog must get annoying after awhile, but there's something awfully heartwarming about it all the same! Possiby I'm just a sucker.
