Marvin dosing

Hi,

Marvin has been on the downward slope of this rollercoaster ride again as he has been earning reductions. We are currently at 5.25 units. Just wondering if I should go back to 5.5 units to see if I can get his numbers lower?

No, I see some nadirs in the 70's. That was my goal with Neko. Marvin is quite well regulated. There isn't really a reason to get his nadirs lower. Unlike a regular diabetic cat, you don't need to worry about healing the pancreas.

How is Marvin feeling/acting these days? Cats are so much more than their numbers.

I agree with Wendy. His numbers are looking really good. What’s your reduction point, 70? I would not be surprised if he earns more reductions. This is so nice to see — and to hear that he is acting normally!

Hi Suzanne, yes my reduction point is 70. I would love for him to earn more reductions but I am also happy to sit still for a little while instead of all the up and down dosing.
