Insulin pen dial problem

When I took out the pen the dial had not gone back to 0 like it always does. So I dont know what I did wrong . Did she get insulin? Im afraid to give her more. Has this happened to anyone else? The pen just isn't as easy as you would think it would be (been doing this 10 days).

Definitely don't shoot again if you're not sure if it worked the first time. Better safe than sorry.

We actually recommend using a syringe with the pen as if the pen were a vial, instead of using the pen as intended. This will allow you to dose more precisely (and alleviate the issue like you had today).
