Ate 1/2 Can of Purina DM. Maci had been dropping hard and fast the past couple days so I decided to try and feed her and wait 30min-1hour after eating to give her, her shot. So with doing that she started at wth the Freestyle Libre. 295(Pre Food)---6am 268 +.5 232 +1 185 +1.5--I then did a blood glucose with the AlphaTrack3 gave 195 175 +2 195 +2.5 148 +3 156 +5 148 +7 Why would her glucose be dropping so much pre-shot? Shes been on insulin about 13 days. Should I be concerned? I am def skipping her AMPS.
