I started a new pen today, I want to be sure i's not the insulin that's not working, the one I'm using is the one that might have been frozen when it was delivered early February.
For the 3rd evening in a row she peed outside her litter box, I'm not sure why she does that! It's only in the evening, if she goes during the day she goes in, but in the evening it's just outside. I need to buy pads because the newspaper get soaked too fast. That's a bedtime routine I could do without!
 
Yes, but when it was delivered it was -22 outside and I'm not sure if it was frozen. so since she does not seem to react to the increase, I decided to start a new one. I can still use both, it'sjust to see if there is a difference.
 
Yes, you can just put the other one away for now and go back to it if it turns out that it's not the insulin :-)

She will break into good numbers. Hang in there. It's just a matter of finding a good dose. Very often, they race down the dosing ladder once they hit a good dose.
 
Yes, with the green you saw today, you can hold the dose 10 cycles. Looks like she has something planned for the night as well? Can you get another test before bed?
 
I fell asleep. I just re-checked, we're at +4, ahe's at 105 but I don't think I can stay awake much longer. She's eatinmg some chicken now and I put some in her automatic feeder for in 2 hours and 6 hours.
