Hey guys !!!
Soo I’m not sure what’s going on but I’m noticing higher numbers at amps and pmps for the last couple of days… just when I thought going into otj trial…. Nothing has changed except that I was using libre then switch to libre glucose reader and now I’m back to contour next one bg reader … I’m wondering what’s going on and if maybe the other readers where giving my lower numbers and I’m been dropping doses and maybe numbers weren’t real !!?! The only other thing is I’ve been giving +9 1/2 can ff before pmps … but I’ve not been able to wake up for +9 before amps to feed yet numbers are going up ..!!!! I’m trying to figure it out to be able to bring those numbers down any help or suggestions are appreciated !!!
I’m kinda confused since her numbers were really good couple days ago …. Could it be cuz I missed a dose …. ? HELPPPPP
 
It could be too much food at +9. Just givena teaspoon or a tad more. It could be the the Libre. They have been known to read lower. See what happens tonight and tomorrow. You may need to go back to 0.10 briefly.
 
I give her a 1/4 can at +9 of ff .. so I don’t think it’s tooo much… and I was worried that maybe I would have to go back up too !!! Also @Bandit's Mom told me how to pull a drop dose but with my syringes it doesn’t seem to work with her method so I’m doing wat it says in the dosing post which says black thing at 0line and I have tested wat comes out and seems to be a drop … her way there is nothing … idkkkk:banghead::banghead::banghead:
I had a feeling I might need to go back up but her numbers are good during the day … so I just don’t get why her PS are getting higher !!! Is this normal or can u explain to me what is happening !!?!
Should I continue with the +9 feeding ??? It d’Emma that is what is bringing her up … goshhhh this is stressful :(
 
I think I would go back up to 0.10 tonight. It might just be for a brief time. Are you game to try? Yes continue with the +9. Maybe he wasn’t getting any and that explains it all. You could hold off on the increase until morning to see if actually getting the drop will do it though.

I don’t want to do it tonight because I have to sleep early and tomorrow I will be gone all day

Well the way I do it I know there’s something cuz I always do a pretest !!! Should I do 0.1 ??? Not sure cuz I know I won’t be home tmr all day

It could be one of the meters being off or just a little more insulin is needed.

I mixed you up with another not sure if any was getting in today. :rolleyes:You did get a 67 today. Since you will be gone I think I would wait to increase.
 
It’s sooo hard to explain but I follow the small dosing condo … sooo when it was 0.1 the line was just after first line to see light between and now it’s on first line … I’ve tried multiple time to take the drop dose and push to see if there was sumthing and there is … when I try to push down on plunger and insert and let go it takes nothing … I could show on a paper the amount that comes out to make sure it’s right …!?! I noticed today I didn’t give the +9 food and numbers are better … idkkkkkkk anymore :banghead:
 
So don’t give the snack. If the pancreas is working the bg will drop 3-4 hours after eating. There’s the reason for the +9 snack. Not all cats are helped with the +9 so you don’t have to give it and see if it was a fluke.
 
Before even trying to increase how about setting an alarm for a +6 at night just to see if Money is going lower and bouncing in the morning. Yes it is possible even on a drop.
