Increased dose to 2.5 us this morning and got the highest PMPS since tracking at 402. Does anyone have any thoughts why this would be happening? Nadir was in 242. So does not warrant a spike like this it seems. He‘s eating the same amount of food. Raw rabbit every three hours.

403 is within meter variance of 379 that you saw a couple of nights back. It's good that you increased.
Btw, TR requires at least one test per cycle in addition to the preshots tests since it is a more aggressive protocol.

@SophieFRA did I miss any post about the ultrasound results? I’m looking forward to hearing what was found. If there is an inflammatory condition that will drive up BG levels and may require some steroid support.
How are his poops?

I got the results Tuesday. Will tag you in the post with all the info. His poop has been great. Raw rabbit food has made all the difference. No puking anymore either and he’s been eating with good appetite. Thank goodness!

Thanks Sophie I just read them. So thankful you got that test done, looks like there are several areas to monitor. What is the treatment plan proposed? So that you know, biopsies are NOT necessary to treat. IBD and small cell lymphoma are treated the same way - with steroids and sometimes chlorambucil. Given that there are some suspicious other areas than just the gut, if you do steroids now or in future, Pred would be your best bet to deal with any potential lymphoma outside of gut. I would love to hear what your vet has recommended, and what the long term game plan is also. It sounds like Raven may need to be monitored from time to time with ultrasound to see if anything is looking more suspicious - to me.

I am super happy to hear about the diet change what fantastic news!! What a great win!!
