Finding it hard to ignore the high numbers and to focus on the low numbers when the last low number was four days ago.

Do you both still think I should be holding this dose 13.5u??? And that I'm focusing on the wrong numbers???

Last night’s 196 was a blue (mis-colored as yellow in the spreadsheet). Blue is good.

Yes, I would hold steady for now on dose. And yes, I would focus on finding the low points of the cycle and ignore the high numbers.

Today looks like a bounce cycle. Instead of looking at the PMPS and going "what?", I say "why?". What caused the bounce? It's those lows we are interested in.

Does asking “Why?” provide you with any insight? I mean I could say “because SRT” but still worry.because, well, high numbers. I guess what I mean is if you ask “Why?” is your answer different from mine?
