Calling for entries for the "Guess the AMPS" contest! :D

Jokes apart, how are you feeling? Do you think you can keep up testing and feeding him like you had to yesterday?

I think I can manage with the help from my mum. My main worry is running out of test strips! I have a mini emergency stash though, and a 24/7 pharmacy next door so that won't be a problem if we actually run out. And 150 strips coming in the mail.

We need to take your health into consideration when dosing this morning. Sorry you are sick. I hope It’s not Covid.

I would need to run out to the doctors during Simba's +1. Hopefully not too long of a wait and I could be back for +2. Mum can test +1.

Do you need a break from testing? We could shoot a token dose so you can rest.

Ask your mom to get a +1 and feed 12% if he is flat or only slightly higher. You can get 2 more hours of sleep and wake up for the +2.
Okay. She will get a +1 in an hour and follow my instructions (your instructions! :))
I have to go to the doctors ASAP so I will be out for at least an hour, depending how long it takes and what other tests they'll do.

The dose MIGHT have been closer to a 2.5 than 2.75. Shaky hands!

+1 156. I got back from the doctors and fed Simba 20grams of 12% at +1.5
Should I test at +2.5 or can I wait until +3?

I think you can wait till +3

I'm curious to see if he will bounce or he will have a gentle cycle like yesterday AM
Lovely. Nap time. Fingers crossed for a gentle cycle!

Side note: I didn't need another covid test as the negative result is from Monday. Got some other tests done and hopefully tomorrow I'll know what I'm dealing with.

Left side is Simba, right side tap water. Waited approximately 15 seconds to take the test. Does it look like a negative?

Looks negative to me.
Simba is getting the hang of things awfully quick! I thought he'd bounce from last night and give you a break, but nope! :D
Make sure you get your rest, Lina, and feel better soon. Glad your mum/Simba's nan is there to help you.:bighug:

Today PM will be one week since the switch to Lantus! I wasn't expecting this good of a response.
Thank you! Both my parents are chipping in to make things easier. They want a healthy Simba :cat:

Excellent cycle, Lina! Feed him once more around +9 or +9.5 to avoid any last minute dips at PMPS.
Wonderful. I'll feed him some LC at +9.5. :)
I'm wondering should I fix this mornings dose to 2.5 units in the spreadsheet? It was probably a maximum of 2.6ish units, cause of my shakiness. :banghead:

Simba's chomped down on his food. Back in 2 hours to test PMPS! ;)

How are you doing health-wise? Up for a night of testing? Would you want to shoot a token dose? It would drain his depot and you can get a good night's sleep. You can continue with 2.75 from tomorrow. It won't affect his progress.

@tiffmaxee what do you think?
