You will need to watch a steady decline too, but an early indicator of an active cycle can be a drop at +2 or the before bed test. So, you are saying to watch out for a drop rather than a steady decline in numbers? And, if the numbers are quite a bit lower than previous numbers, -dropping, rather than a steady decline- I need to keep testing every hour until there is a rise? Once there is a rise, it’s passed nadir, correct?
It depends how far it has dropped and how low the number is as to whether you test hourly or maybe 2 hourly. Look how much it has dropped in the previous hour or two. If it is say 50 drop or more in an hour then I would test hourly. If it is a 20 drop, then you may be able to test less often. However if the 20 drop is say from 100 to 80, then you would have to pay more attention than if the drop was from 300 to 280. If it was from 100 to 80 I would test again in 1 hour.
I’m having trouble with my internet again so can’t go into more detail here as I can only use my iPhone and it is dropping in and out.
I would get one more test in at +5 tonight if you can. Is that ok?
It’s all good data.
I’ll try and look in then.
